Service: The service provided by FundBFF, which includes assisting startups and companies in securing investments.
Investor: Any individual or entity that is seeking to invest in startups or companies through FundBFF.
Client: The startup or company seeking investment through FundBFF.

2. Service Description
FundBFF provides assistance to startups and companies in securing investment by connecting them with potential investors, providing advice on fundraising strategies, and offering other related services.

3. Eligibility
By using our services, you represent and warrant that you:

Are at least 18 years of age.
Have the authority to enter into this agreement.
Will use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Fees and Payment
FundBFF may charge fees for its services. These fees will be outlined in a separate agreement or on our website. You agree to pay all fees and charges in a timely manner. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information disclosed during the course of using FundBFF’s services. This includes business plans, financial information, and other proprietary data.

6. No Guarantees
FundBFF does not guarantee that:

Your company will receive investment.
The terms of any investment will be favorable.
The service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FundBFF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use of or inability to use the service.
Any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
Any content obtained from the service.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FundBFF and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use of the service.
Your violation of these terms.
Your violation of any rights of a third party.

9. Termination
FundBFF reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination will survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Changes to the Terms
FundBFF may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Portugal, in accordance with the rules of the Portuguese Law.

12. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: The failure of FundBFF to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
